I'm a 24 year old guy living in Phoenix, Arizona. As a full-time web developer, I average between 8-10 hours a day in front of a computer screen. Over the past couple of years, I have managed to lose my six pack and am starting to get pudgy on the edges. Hopefully Traineo is exactly what I've been looking for and will help me get back on track.
